I am an actor by profession, but also a lifelong student of many disciplines, a constant and consistent reader, an engaged observer of current events and politics. I have always wanted to make art that serves a purpose – to better the lives of others. If there is a meaning to life, I believe it lies in contributing meaningfully to a shared human experience.
I truly love acting. I believe it is one of the rare art forms that engages audiences in a direct, immediate and communal way. I believe in its capacity to inspire empathy by breathing life into stories through character. While I do not think theatre, film, or television always change minds outright, I do believe they offer the possibility of change. As an actor, my goal is to foster that possibility in every project I undertake.
I believe it is essential for an artist to always remain in a constant pursuit of growth. Diligence and intensity are two values that define my process. I have dedicated countless hours to refining my craft, broadening my worldview, and remaining open to the unique creative approaches and insights of my collaborators. This has been the foundation of my work thus far, and I look forward to continuing this pursuit for many years to come.
